1. Check your exterior paintwork

Queensland’s sun, heat and summer storms can be tough on exterior paintwork. Spring is a good time to walk around your property and look for peeling or flaking paint, cracking, fading and areas where moisture may be getting into exposed surfaces.

Catching deterioration early can often mean a relatively straightforward repair and repaint, rather than a much larger job later.
